Ingredients:
- 400 grams bacon
- 400 grams Früzo Strawberry
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon granulated coffee (mixed in a bit of water)
Directions:
- In a saucepan, fry bacon in a bit of oil until golden brown
- Add strawberries and stir well
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Allow to simmer for 15min or until mixture has thickened
- Stirring occasionally
- Jar your jam and keep refrigerated
