Bacon Strawberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams bacon
  • 400 grams Früzo Strawberry
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon granulated coffee (mixed in a bit of water)

Directions:

  • In a saucepan, fry bacon in a bit of oil until golden brown
  • Add strawberries and stir well
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  • Allow to simmer for 15min or until mixture has thickened
  • Stirring occasionally
  • Jar your jam and keep refrigerated
