Ingredients:
- 10 sheets phyllo pastry
- 250 grams bacon strawberry jam (See our recipe)
- 200 grams feta cheese
- 200 grams gouda cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup cream
- Oil for brushing
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200°c
- In a desired baking dish, place one layer of phyllo pastry at a time, brushing with oil in between each layer
- Repeat until all 10 sheets have been used
- Place jam in the bottom of the pastry
- Add feta and gouda
- Whisk together eggs and cream and season with salt and pepper
- Pour egg mixture into your pastry shell
- Place in preheated oven and bake for 45 min or until egg is completely cooked and phyllo is golden
